Indeed launched the Ready to Work program, a coalition dedicated to connecting Job Seekers with employers, in 2022. Touring five major U.S. cities, Job Seekers received complimentary career services in a completely creative, playful and educational way. The job market we conceptualized was comprised of a welcoming and interactive environment that helped humanize the job search experience. Intentionally designed to be both beautiful and optimistic, our goal was to reframe the job seeking journey in a positive light.
