Fleuriste St-Germain

Fleuriste St-Germain made meaningful moments bloom for consumers and influencers with a weekend long pop-up inspired by the construct of a flower shop and the French tradition of the cultural Salon. Unlike a typical floral boutique, the imaginative space took cues from retail design – for instance, fragrance labs, concept stores and coffee shops – to host a variety of activities for visitors throughout the weekend.

The event was featured in VOGUE and BIZBASH.

Agency: The Gathery

Role: Senior Designer

Flowers were playfully plucked from the sprawling live installation as takeaway bouquets for guests and as garnish for complimentary cocktails at the central bar.  Product displays highlighted the elderflower liquor and provided guests with inspiration and guidance on how to incorporate the product into bespoke cocktails at home.

Each day, participants were treated to creative performances and salon-style chats featuring talented dancer James Whiteside and fashion designer Laura James. Focusing on the intersection of fashion, style, and the performing arts, programming honored and celebrated two industries hard-hit by the pandemic and prepared audiences for a return to brighter times ahead.
